Position: Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager who can effectively manage software development cycles, coordinate across multiple teams, maintain workflow clarity, and ensure all project milestones are delivered on time with quality.

Must Have Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing software or IT projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and handle parallel development cycles.
• Excellent task management, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Good understanding of basic technical concepts (APIs, cloud, deployments, databases).
• Strong documentation, reporting, and requirement gathering skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and maintain delivery timelines.
• Experience coordinating deployments, releases, and production changes.
• Ability to convert stakeholder feedback into structured tasks.

Nice-To-Have (Optional)

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of DevOps, QA/testing processes, or UI/UX design workflows.
• Experience in eCommerce, marketplace, or SaaS-based platforms.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, Agile certification) will be a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end software development cycles and ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan, track, and monitor daily progress across multiple teams and parallel projects.
• Coordinate between developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and management to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and manage project timelines, sprint plans, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct daily/weekly standups, sprint reviews, and follow-ups to ensure timely task completion.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, and communication logs for management review.
• Ensure all tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and updated in the project management system.
• Coordinate release cycles and deployment timelines with technical teams.
• Identify project bottlenecks and take proactive decisions to keep the project on track.
• Gather user and stakeholder feedback, convert them into actionable tasks, and assign them to teams.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before release.
• Manage deadline pressures and ensure consistent delivery across projects.
