✅ Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional software development experience (Python preferred)
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (model training, evaluation, overfitting, etc.)
• Experience working with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and integrating large language models (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Good grasp of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and neural network concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and a learning mindset

🛠️ Nice-to-Have / Optional Experience (Not required — but we’ll be very excited if you have any of the following!)

• Experience with custom model training and fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, etc.)
• Familiarity with ONNX Runtime for high-performance model inference
• Understanding of n8n.io, LangChain, LLM orchestration tools, or agent frameworks
• Hands-on work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
• Experience deploying models with Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
